Text to CSV Converter v 1.00

This program is pretty much straight forward.
Text to CSV will take an ordinary ASCII file
and convert it to a comma delimited text file
that eBay's Turbo Lister will enjoy.

This program is intended to help you list files
via MS excel, Access, or what ever you flavor is.
