Description:

I was surfing the web one day when I happened across a ticker at the top of a web page.
A Code Amber Alert ticker.
I have a code ticker at the lower half of our main page
and scattered around many other pages.  I thought how nice a person would put
up a site to help children. Then I thought... If you don't visit that web page
You would not know of the alert. Why not have a Desktop version..

And then Code Amber Desktop was created. This was produced with the full
