From a concerned user BEWARE OF THIS EMAIL !!!
Here is the complete email

Ebay knows this is going on and it does not help to report it to them. You get the usual polite note saying thanks for reporting this spoof, we did not send this, and not to give out your info. (Bright huh?)

Well... THIS one you just have to click on the link, or with some IE Browsers it will mouse over the email and poof... the page shows up, WITH all your info on it, as shown below.

BE CAREFUL! Response-o-matic is being used for ID Theft and Ebay hackers....

The software glitch IS on the Ebay webserver, not anything we do or don't do. They are harvesting our emails and ID and password from Ebays server.

Just be careful!!! This one came today Sept, 19, 2003.

THIS URL is the one used in the email I got (phony Ebay message). You DO NOT have to do a thing, this opens up and goes to a fake Ebay page, that has this full info shown:

I changed my Password, but any attachment that looks like Ebay sent it, is NOT to be opened.
